It seems as though we've been dreaming about arriving in Pueblo for a long time. It's the biggest city we've been in for a long time. Most importantly, we were excited to go to the Great Divide bike shop. After 52 miles, we made it. Not without a struggle though. Poor Rebekah had so many issues with her back tire (she had already been having problems and had one delivered to Pueblo about a week ago). After a few leaking tubes and a un-true, wobbly tire, her bike made it in one piece.

We arrived at our CouchSurfer, Jenny's, house a bit earlier than planned. The timing was good though because she was home and we were all able to shower and do some laundry before her book club started. While her book club was going on, we decided to walk downtown and find some food. There happened to be a festival going on, but we arrived just as it was finishing. Since it was a Sunday evening, almost all of the restaurants were closed. Finally, we found a little cafe and were more than satisfied. Everything we ordered was delicious (a vegetarian breakfast burrito, chicken tortilla soup in a sourdough bread bowl, and portobello mushroom sandwich, peach/mango smoothies, Twix cheesecake, raspberry cheesecake, and a cream cheese brownie). Yummmmmmmmmmy!!!

By the time we got back to Jeni's house, we were ready for bed. Full bellies combined with tired legs make us very sleepy!
