This morning Michelle woke up feeling about the same and Emily woke up with a migraine. Thankfully, we only had a 15-mile day planned. We took our time getting ready and stopped at the Wal-Mart in Cortez on our way out (we'll soon be headed into the desert where the towns are few and far between). In just over an hour, we arrived at the Ute Mountain Casino, which is located on Ute reservation land. For only $19, we get great camping facilities, hot showers, a pool, and of course, a casino!

We spent just a little time in the pool (it was very small and already had half a dozen users) and also read our books. We sure hope this rest heals everyone's bodies...
