Today we did a 52 mile ride to Wacissa Springs outside of Tallahassee (26 miles one way). It was the perfect day for a ride, not as hot as it has been the last few days, but still not a cloud in the sky. On our way out to the springs we took the directions that google gave us and at one point it took us down a dirt road. After about a mile of fish tailing in the dirt, we decided to turn back to the main roadway. An old man in a pick-up truck gave us better, paved directions. We had a little picnic once we reached the springs and then made the 26 mile ride back.
